When people hear Car-O-Liner, they think of frame racks and electronic measuring systems, they don't think of welding equipment. Car-O-Liner has a wide variety of welding products. The most popular being the CR500DA, and the CR510WC Inverter Spot Welders. These welders run on 3 phase power and duplicate a factory style spot weld. Both units are capable of welding BORON Steel and are updateable as new weld programs are released.
The CR500DA is a Spot welder with a double action trigger function which move the electrode backwards automatically allowing quick movement between welding positions.
The CR510WC is a Spot welder that uses a High Pressure C-Tong that is water cooled at the main electrode and at the Tip of the C-Tong.
